Assignment for 11/19

For 11/19 start your reading at Prudential Ins. Co. v. Jefferson Associates at page 375. We will go through the end of Chapter 4 and finish up at page 434. Those up for recitation are expected to be prepared.

At the end of the class, I will spend a little time talking about the exam and will answer questions, if there is something you want me to go back to.

No class on Nov. 12

As announced last class and the time before, there will be NO CLASS on November 12.

Assignment for 11/5

For 11/5 start with Mayo v. John Hancock at page 326. From here on out, the pace of class discussion & thus reading will pick up. You will need to really stay the full 75 pages ahead in your reading.

Also, as discussed last class - I will be out of town on 11/12. No class on 11/12.
